Most parts PCD Performance carry are warrantied by the manufacturer if installed properly
and is not altered in any way. PCD Performance does not personally warranty these items and is not liable for any damages
associated with the part or accessory purchased. All claims should be directed to the manufacturer.
V. Website Warranty
PCD Performance makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees
(whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website, the information contained on the website, your or
your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.
VI. Disclaimer of Liability
PCD Performance shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss,
liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which
may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly
or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, products acquired from the website, any information contained on the
website, your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular,
neither the Website Owner nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other

or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price

VII. Shipping
Items that are in stock will usually ship the same business day. Orders must be placed
and payment must be verified by 2 PM CST. Parts that are out of stock will usually ship within one week. Payment will
be secured and the item(s) will be ordered directly from the manufacturer. When the item(s) becomes available it will
ship immediately. If the item(s) is on back order we will notify you immediately. To check immediate availability please
call us at 205-283-0433. Larger items sometimes require special shipping arrangements when shipped to certain areas. Occassionally
additional shipping charges can apply. You will be notified immediately if this case presents itself.
VIII. Defects & Returns
Liability for damaged or defective merchandise (other than freight claims) is limited to repair or
replacement of the damaged or defective part and approval of this action is at the descretion of the manufacturer. PCD Performance
offers a 30 day return policy on parts and accessories that are unused
and returned in the original boxes with the original receipt. This does not include special order items such as
turbochargers. Return orders will not be accepted without a prior return authorization. To
obtain a return authorization you must call us at 205-283-0433 and speak with a customer service representative.
(Note: We will not provide authorization via email or fax.) The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and
any other applicable fees associated with the return which may include a restocking and/or re-boxing fee.
IX. Cancellations
To cancel an order please call 205-283-0433 and speak with a customer service representative
to verify item(s) has not already been shipped. If the item(s) has not already been shipped the order may be cancelled
at that time. If item(s) has already been shipped please refer to our return policy.
X. Prices & Products
Products and product prices are subject to change without notice.
XI. Security
Our website uses industry standard SSL technology and compliance. You can feel safe your
payment information is protected.
XII. Privacy
PCD Performance believes your privacy is important. Your personal information will only be

All Alabama residents shall be charged 9.0% sales tax.

whether written or oral, between you and PCD Performance in respect of your use of the website.

PCD Performance may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or
notices. You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version
of the relevant terms and conditions (the "current version") and, unless stated in the current version, all previous
versions shall be superseded by the current version. You shall be responsible for reviewing the then current version
each time you visit the website.

terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and
